Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 12 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
Additionally, clients who do not show up for their appointment ("no-show") will also be subject to a 50% charge. We understand that circumstances may arise, but repeated no-show & late cancellation instances will result in being unable to book future appointments.
This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate all our valued clients efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
